Vocational Training
Three Birch Trees LLC is an established provider of the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). Being a provider of OVR brings our social support service to a multitude of transition-aged youth and young adults in the school, community, and vocational settings. 3BT job site trainers work with established employers and offer students an opportunity to learn pre-employment skills within a small group setting. The students are paid for their experience and get on the job training to help strengthen their way to successful competitive employment.

Social Skills Training
Three Birch Trees LLC offers sustainable, high quality social skills support to individuals looking for social skills development to handle daily living tasks, including vocation, social relationships, team dynamics, etc.
This is done using the ICONz®, a social skills system developed by founder, Dr. Russ Johnson. Individual and group social skills training sessions are offered to adolescents and adults through a private pay option; we currently do not accept insurance options.
